Job Description
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for part time work? We have a great opportunity with our client in Sidney, BC. The position is contract to start, with the opportunity for permanent hire for the right fit.
Location: Sidney/ North Saanich
Pay: $25 - $27/hr to start
Hours: Flexible, approx. 20 hours/ week

Responsibilities
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting with payroll (timesheets)
  • Data Entry
  • Processing receivables
  • General administrative support
  • Tracking projects
  • Processing PO's
  • Processing payments
  • Processing payables
  • Tax remittances
Qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well on own
  • Minimum 3 years in an accounting position
  • Software knowledge: Sage 50, Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint
