Order Picker - Packer / Warehouse Worker - Evenings

We are assisting one of the biggest retailers in the city to staff for their warehouse located near St Laurent Boulevard. We are looking for experienced order pickers, and warehouse workers and forklift experience is a definite asset
This is a long-term role that will lead to permanency for the qualified candidate
Rate is 19/hr with an increase upon permanency
Shift – Evenings – 4 PM – 12:30 PM; guaranteed 40-hour work week
Note that you must be open to working on weekends
Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (OFF Saturdays and Mondays)

Responsibilities
Picking and packing skids and arranging this in the proper aisles in a cold fridge-like environment
Loading and unloading boxes from trucks
Receiving material and tagging each load that comes in
Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
Order-picking experience is a must
Must be able to work in a cold fridge like environment
Must be comfortable and experience working in a warehouse environment
Has no problems doing consistent physical labour – incuding lifting loads, walking for long periods and standing for long periods of time
Steel-toe safety footwear
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a moderate to fast pace
