Job Description

TalentWorld is recruiting a Warehouse Associate in Oakville, Ontario for one of our best clients.


Warehouse Associate Responsibilities


  • Coordinate maintenance schedule with the Maintenance division as required
  • Maintain facility equipment as required.
  • Handle the coordination and response of employees, management, contractors, as well as first responders when dealing with any emergency situation
  • Coordinate, direct, and supervise external contractors and trades ensuring they can complete their task(s) safely and completely.
  • Provide guests and vendors with site security training.
  • Manage inventory levels of non-cannabis stock and ensure consistent supply of consumables.
  • Compete facility sanitation tasks as required and in alignment with facility sanitation SOP.
  • Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance inspections and checks.


Warehouse Associate Qualifications


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma
  • Able to work overtime as and when required
  • Previous warehouse experience or training preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work full-time and flexibility to work other shifts if needed.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted


Employment Details


  • Other: Contract to hire
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00AM-4:30PM and Friday: 7:00AM-11:00AM
  • Salary: $15.50/hr
