**The Role**

We are currently looking for a seasoned Mortgage Broker to join our team. This role will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate their mortgage lending process, ensuring their needs align with financial goals. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be a cornerstone of our company, embodying our commitment to client service excellence and contributing to our overarching goal of fostering financial well-being.

**Responsibilities**

- Advising clients on appropriate mortgage options and making recommendations based on their financial status and property goals

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their financial and personal circumstances

- Negotiating mortgage terms with lenders and finding the best mortgage rates for clients

- Understanding and adhering to all compliance and legal requirements

- Assisting clients with the mortgage process from application to closing

**Success in this role looks like**

- Consistently closing mortgage deals that satisfy client needs

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders

- Continually learning about new mortgage products and market trends

- Proactively identifying solutions to overcome potential roadblocks in the mortgage application process

**Qualifications**

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker

- Active mortgage broker license in Canada

- Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the mortgage industry

- Bilingual in English and French is an asset but not required
