Job Description
We are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join an award-winning Mortgage Brokers who are going through huge company growth located in Horwich, Bolton. You will be working as a Mortgage Administrator supporting with all admin & compliance duties. You will receive a basic salary between £22,000 rising to £25,000 with a bonus of around £250 a month, along with career development, plus much more.

Duties For The Mortgage Administrator


  • Liaising with third parties
  • Sending correspondence to brokers
  • Taking ownership tasks to successfully deliver loan completions for our customers
  • Making sure all documentation is current and compliant
  • Processing and managing loan applications from the initial response through to completion


Experience For The Mortgage Administrator


  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Experienced working in a regulated environment is essential
  • We want to hear of you if you have the following experience working in the following: Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Coordinator, Underwriter, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, Loan Admin or similar
