Job Description

I'm seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join rax for equity (no salary) to move rax's low code app (built on Adalo) to coded.


Description

  • Experience releasing, and maintaining Android and iOS applications
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to quickly translate insights into mockups, wireframes, and working proof-of-concept code
  • Experience with debugging, performance measurement, and test-driven development.
  • Great communicator and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for design, UI, and UX
  • A solid grasp of fundamental algorithms and mobile applications
  • Keeps up-to-date with the latest mobile best practices
  • Architect, design, and lead implementation of services and APIs
  • Strong design and coding skills
  • Develop and maintain mobile application that conform to best practices on iOS and Android platforms
  • You will lead a team of interns to support you with app development
  • Knowledge about the Lean Startup and Agile Methodologies
