You will be responsible for providing scientific and medical support, delivering educational programs, and facilitating the exchange of scientific information to enhance the understanding and utilization of Fullscript’s supplement products

  • Facilitate scientific exchange and communication between internal stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration and address scientific and medical needs
  • Serve as a primary scientific and medical resource to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information on Fullscript’s supplement products, their benefits, and appropriate usage
  • Conduct educational and training programs for clients, including healthcare professionals, to enhance their knowledge and understanding of supplement products and their potential applications, and the overall features of the Fullscript platform and its related services
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and company policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product, to ensure alignment and coordination of scientific and educational initiatives
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to internal teams regarding product performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Support the development and review of scientific materials, including educational resources, presentations, and publications

What you'll bring to the team:

  • The MSL candidate must have experience with the development of medical (health-related) programs and projects for a wide diversity of audiences, and should be confident in the process for associated business impact reporting. Above all, the MSL must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively within and across different teams

Technical Qualifications:
