About the role:
We are looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join us in our mission to improve and extend the lives of prostate cancer patients by delivering first-in-class targeted radioligand therapy. In your role as MSL, your key objective will be to create impact through advancing clinical practice within the assigned territory that leads to improved patient outcomes.
This field-based customer facing role reports directly into the MSL Manager. Territory focus includes Toronto and Hamilton/Niagara.
Temporary position: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure solid collaboration with cross-functional colleagues in areas such as market access, regulatory affairs commercial operations, marketing and sales
  • Engage in peer-to-peer level scientific discussions around emerging data, clinical outcomes, pipeline products, treatment guidelines, mechanism of action of company products
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with HCPs, medical experts and other relevant stakeholders in your territory to carry out the Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plan
  • Deliver medical presentations to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Provide medical support to clinical operations in the conduct of clinical trial site feasibility and implementation, identify research opportunities and act as point of contact for trial proposals
  • Demonstrate deep therapeutic expertise, understand territory/market influences, explore unmet medical needs and capture relevant medical insights
  • Identify and execute opportunities to collaborate with key stakeholders including regional consultative meetings, speaker programs, training, publications, collaborative research

Minimum Requirements
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, customer focus, strategic thinking, strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Oncology
  • Minimum 2 years in a field-based medical role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • An advanced scientific degree (Pharm D, PhD or MD)
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, set priorities and achieve goals in a timely manner
Desirable Requirements:
  • Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic/Molecular Imaging experience an asset
  • Experience in (advanced) Prostate Cancer/Urology
