*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A METAL MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. Only candidates with metal fab experience will be considered.
Required Skills:
•Experience working in a sheet metal manufacturing environment is required.
•Should understand the processes involved in metal fabricating.
•Knowledge of sheet metal (i.e. Gage, CRS, HRS, satin coat, etc.) is expected.
•Mandatory forklift experience and license with a minimum of 5 years experience.
•Knowledge of standard safety practices.
Responsibilities:
•Follow a production schedule and move materials and components to various work centres accordingly
•Read shop drawings to determine where a part, material or component should be moved for further processing
•Use a forklift to move heavy loads of sheet metal to and from work centers
•Ship, pick, receive, and count inventory as required.
•Maintain safe work practices.
•Assist in all logistics departments as required
