Job Description

As a tbk Marketing Associate, you play a primary role in supporting tbk clients in reaching their goals. In turn, you’ll be helping tbk maintain its reputation as a top service provider of marketing programs that grow companies.

In your day-to-day work, you will be connecting directly with tbk clients in many industries, gaining valuable industry insight. You’ll also be working inside of advertising platforms to achieve strategic KPIs for clients. Your targets are clear with set programs and metrics for each client. This is your opportunity is to manage and communicate where we are succeeding and which programs need to evolve.

You are constantly engaged with a team of marketers who are the best in the field. You’ll be supporting them with your valuable insights and experience while learning from seasoned industry experts.

Responsibilities


  • Monitor and adjust the media spend to reach (but never go over) the budget set out in the paid media briefs or media buying calendar
  • Set and monitor client KPIs and ensuring they are meeting their business goals
  • Use various third-party software tools to help improve the effectiveness of our digital marketing solutions
  • Manage monthly client production budgets and provide strategic recommendations to spend budgets more efficiently
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and lead client meetings
  • Load content onto client websites and provide recommendations to increase conversions
  • Implement and launch email marketing campaigns
  • Set up and manage more advanced applications of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Plan and implement best SEO practices
  • Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance
  • Develop reports for clients on their website and digital marketing program performance
  • Manage vendors and coordinate traditional marketing and direct media buys
  • Stay current on best SEO and digital advertising techniques
  • Answer client emails and phone calls



Your Skills and Experience


  • Ability to participate meaningfully in strategies and other ideas that benefit our clients’ portfolios
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional relationship management skills; ability to listen, understand, empathize and connect with clients
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, digital marketing, business)
  • Exceptional listener; authentically understands the client’s goals and strategy
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs/requests and fulfill on such individually, or identify the proper subject matter expert at the company for support
  • Ability to conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends and new platforms
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Google AdWords certifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in marketing
  • Operates at a high-level of efficiency and accuracy with attention to detail
  • Above average skillset in Microsoft Office’s suite, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Completion of the Google Tag Manager course
  • Google Analytics certifications
  • Strong ability to problem solve, plan, strategize and support client KPIs
  • Stellar analytical, organizational and time management skills
