Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST.

As a Junior Marketing Specialist at Mango Digital, you will implement marketing strategies created by your direct report, the Growth Marketing Specialist.

You will be responsible for implementing growth marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions by building websites, landing pages, and SEO content. In addition, you will implement our internal marketing efforts, specifically email marketing and blogging, and assist your manager(s) with small tasks like onboarding clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience in growth marketing, be highly analytical, and have excellent communication skills. Also, you must have experience working for a startup or have intrapreneurial tendencies. You will be required to work 5 to 15 hours per week (task-based).

• Attend daily stand-ups and communicate with the team.
• Train to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
• Attend ad hoc meetings or calls as required.
• Build websites.
• Carry out internal marketing efforts (email marketing, blogs).
• Implement SEO on websites.
• Use Wix Editor.
• Use Wordpress.org (Divi & Elementor).
• Take on ad hoc small tasks.
• Implement small client projects (authorized to speak with the client).
• Occasionally meet/communicate with the designer.
• Implement landing pages for paid ad campaigns.
• Complete our offboarding process.
• Complete our collections process.
• You will only be responsible for communicating with clients in small client projects.
• Track time on various tasks and projects.

1. Attention to detail: You will have an eye for attention to detail to ensure that client work is error-free and meets quality standards.
2. Collaborating with team members: You work closely with the Growth Marketing Specialist and UX/UI & Brand Designer to ensure marketing initiatives align with the client's overall business objectives.
3. Creative problem solving: You will be comfortable thinking outside the box to solve problems independently and drive growth.
4. Fast-paced environment: You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.

• You must be a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen.
• You must be actively enrolled at University or College in a semester. Students on summer break will not be eligible for the position.
• Your hiring eligibility is contingent upon acceptance into WILDIGITAL.

• Experience with email marketing and blog creation.
• One year of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for helping businesses grow.
• Experience building websites using Wix Editor and WordPress.org (Divi & Elementor).
• Proven track record of successfully executing growth marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
