As the Fulfillment Shift Lead, reporting to the VP Supply chain, you will be responsible for providing you will be responsible for supporting and managing the daily operations and employees of the team.

What can you expect from this role?

The fulfillment manager’s goal is to see orders fulfilled as quickly, accurately and cost-effectively as possible. The fulfillment manager is responsible for order processing, fulfillment (including picking and packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control and shipping preparation.

They ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met. They proactively support the growth of Sheertex and its brands.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluating order issues and processes;
• Reporting on KPIs leveraging systems like looker, shiphero, shopify, etc.
• Perform stress tests as required to determine process improvements needed;
• Manage cross-functional communication between fulfillment, warehousing and other departments;
• Manage end to end control over the order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery;
• Inventory management working with inventory management systems (IMSs);
• Manage the team with motivational and coaching skills to ensure optimized productivity;
• Ensure an appropriate order flow;
• Evaluate team’s capacity and staffing needs to meet peak demands;

Essential Requirements:

• Background working in Warehouse, Fulfillment or inventory
• 3-5 years of expérience in Team Management

Desirable requirements:

• Speak both English and French
