E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate Jobs

Sahah Naturals is seeking a full-time eCommerce Fulfillment Associate with a passion for Consumer Packaged Goods. Our company has a portfolio of health food brands and is currently hiring an eCommerce fulfillment associate to execute all aspects of the picking, packing and fulfillment of our eCommerce orders on a daily basis coming from our own websites, as well as marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart and Costco. This role will work closely with the fulfillment and operations coordinator to meet our customer's needs.

List of duties:

• Download eCommerce Orders on a daily basis
• Ensure tracking numbers are properly uploaded to various portals
• Fulfill Orders: Pick, pack, generate labels, generate customs documents (if needed) and schedule pickups per orders
• Support the customer service team by preparing replacement items and communicating the tracking number
• Follow through on any issues in transit
• Support the sales team by preparing samples and communicating the tracking number
• Coordinate daily pickups of parcels with various couriers
• Work with the fulfillment coordinator and warehouse supervisor on stock availability and location to support in picking, packing and shipping orders, ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Input order information into our traceability tracking to track LOTs & Expiry
• Fulfill small parcel wholesale orders

Requirements:

• Proficient in excel
• Technology Saavy (Slack, Google Suite, Shipping Platforms)
• Prior experience in order fulfillment
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in eCommerce an asset (Shopify, Amazon)
