Shift Timings : 2nd Shift_02:00p - 10:30p_Mon-Fri(Canada)

The candidate must drive to work, must wear safety shoes at all times. The candidate must be ready to Overtime and must be able to lift 50 lbs of weight. The job involves 90% physical work with frequent movement.

Function as a contributing member of Logistics team to perform various duties, such as receiving, storing and shipping goods or raw materials, maintaining associatedrecords and generating necessary paperwork and electronic files in accordance with required procedures, to the highest standards of accuracy and security in an HSE, security and WCE conscientious environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed in a safe manner.
• Perform daily mailing duties, securelyhandle electronic mailing lists; sort, label, pack, track, and trace mail as well as to generate hard and soft documents; and to follow dispatch K.R.S related to type of portfolio been processed.
• Report all unsafe acts and conditions and security violations.
• Investigate and resolve anyshipping/mailing/receiving/issuing issues and bring it to management attention when appropriate.
• Follow security procedures when receiving and shipping goods.
• Control access to the vaults and ensure a timely and accurate service is provided to other departments, following vault security guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in and support team in all HSE, security and 5S culture and procedures.
• Promote team harmony,help work towards High Performance team status, and achievement of the levels of empowerment.
• Inspect, receive and store incoming materials (cards, collateral and supplies) in the designated areas in a safe and secure fashion and in accordance to logistics and quality procedures.
• Other duties as necessary to meet specified plant objectives.
• Perform daily Inventory Management activities with cards and collateral.
• Accurately perform necessary inventory transactions for cards and collateral in ERP system.
• Participate inall scheduled HSE and security training.

Skills

• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethics, sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Prior experience working with numbers (inventory) and detail-oriented/ organized
• Prior experience within shipping department
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• A mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
• At least 3 years of experiencewith computers (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs boxes on a daily basis
• Ability to work during weekends when required.
• High school equivalent or higher with good math skills
• Able to understand a sense of urgency
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus and not a hard requirement.
• Prior experience working in a team environment is a plus

Education
