Your days will include:

• Completing online marine insurance certificates
• Collaborating with Logistics, Inventory, and Planning teams to address issues
• Ensuring compliance with Canadian export regulations and global import regulations
• Executing export documentation requirements for shipments from Canada to global destinations
• Acting as a liaison between the CFIA and customers
• Shift:6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon-Fri
• Assisting with shipment details in collaboration with forwarders and carriers
• Generating labels and other export shipment documents
• Processing shipments through Fed Ex and Purolator systems
• Managing CAED filing

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office & Excel)

• Strong English: written and spoken correspondence skills

• Attention to detail

• Deadline-oriented mindset

• Flexibility and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
