- Demonstrate expertise and creativity in sourcing lead contact information (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Sales Insights, email lists and contact lists etc.).
- Develop prospect and lead nurturing sequences using best practices for automation, reporting and cadences.
- Nurture leads as they move through the journey from awareness through to conversion until they are ready to be handed over to the business development team.
- Analyze data and reporting metrics in a concise manner to show benefits and results.
- Execute cold contacting via email, LinkedIn and direct reach.
- Look at campaign metrics and suggest creative optimizations to improve output.
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales development representative, or in a lead or demand generation role in a B2B environment, ideally with a professional services organization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, time management, conflict resolution, relationship and multi-tasking skills.
- Firm understanding of reputation, demand generation, and marketing pipeline model.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience and proficiency with the latest digital marketing and lead generation automation tools.
- Sales focused mindset and naturally tenacious and persistent.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting marketing data analytics.
- Comfortable being measured on generating leads and converting to qualified leads.
- Creative in generating new ideas and methodologies for finding and nurturing leads.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field or the equivalent.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation platform and analytic tool.
