Law Clerk Jobs

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual with an interest in law to join our team. Law Clerks perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting and delivering documents and phone calls, maintaining judicial calendars and responding to inquiries.
A successful candidate will be trained on a variety of legal issues, work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: • Edit court documents. • Review pleading, motions, and briefs to ensure that they are properly formatted and in compliance with the court’s rules of civil procedure. • Assist in case management, including setting dates of hearings and trials, providing counsel with information regarding scheduling conflicts and changes in relevant case information., Research legal issues, verify legal citations, and compose citations for use in briefs., Compile lists of potential witnesses and materials to be used at a hearing or trial.
