Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights and recommendations to drive innovation within the development team.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the platform's reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of efficient, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of new features and improvements for our online website and platform.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and willingness to learn new technologies as required.
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong foundation in software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web application development and deploying applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Interest in entrepreneurship, business development, or related fields.
• Prior exposure to UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
