About The Team And Business Line

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role

• Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services printers, etc.
• Draw and print charts, graphs, illustration and other artwork using computer based applications
• Plan concepts by studying information and materials
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style and related aesthetic concepts
• Use graphic design software to generate new images
• Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, icons, internet websites and SharePoint sites
• Mock up, paste and assemble final layouts to prepare layout for printers
• Create layouts for branded document templates including MS Office suite
• Will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create engaging digital and hard copy marketing collaterals, for company websites, social media vectors, email campaigns and communications and help them to achieve their goals
• You will assist the Senior Graphic artist in creating design, layout, image assets and graphic strategy for digital use such as in email, website and social media platform.
• Produce marketing collateral for digital and print-use such as flyers, posters, brochures and corporate communications like logo, media kits, presentations, brand/style guides, event invitations.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts

About You

• A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma of Design / Graphic Design, or equivalent
• Completely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Acrobat
• You have a solid portfolio which showcase experiences with a wide range of applications and materials created
• Strong time-management skills
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Are deadline-oriented and results-driven
• Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines with strong attention to details
• Familiar with HTML and Outlook email templates
• You have 2-3 years of Graphic Design experience in digital and print.
• Knowledge in Abobe Aftereffects and Adobe Premier is a plus
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Publisher applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in day-to-day interactions while being reliable, flexible and consistent with proven ability to work & collaborate with cross-functional team
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in financial institution is an asset
