Jr. Business Process Analyst/Capital Markets

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Jr. Business Process Analyst/Capital Markets who will be accountable for partnering with the run-the-bank teams in Global Operations to identify areas of process improvement and design, re-engineer new workflow for process efficiency. This candidate will get an opportunity to work and develop a variety of workflow automation solutions mainly using ServiceNow and other workflow automation tools offered at the client for repetitive processes. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results and exceptional problem-solving capabilities with an ability to collect and analyze data paired with a passion to expand automation skill.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-function teams in various global locations to define and drive a standardized approach to leverage workflow tools for automation
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with “internal clients” and lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to influence and promote a culture of innovation
• Analyze complex business processes, and translate them into business requirements to address issues
• Work closely with the run-the-bank teams in global operations to understand current business processes and identify areas of process improvement
• Prioritize incoming projects based on key criteria: capacity creation, operational risk avoidance, and control improvements
• Work with developers to solve the analyzed business needs to create automated solutions using small tech tools offered at the client and manage testing and implementation
• Act as an operation group liaison across the client and other client’s enterprise automation teams

Desired Skill Set:

• Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex issues in a concise manner
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years of strong knowledge of project/program support, planning, implementation and change management
• 2 years of experience working as a BA or Developer and performing business process design, analysis, and mapping
• Proficiency in Jira and confluence
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PPT
• Tenacious mentality and ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or computer science

Nice To Have:

• Experience in development works using tools such as Python, Java
• Sound understanding of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere
• Experience with data manipulation and utilizing multiple data sources
• Understanding of Capital and financial services industry markets
