Itsm Project Manager Jobs

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for an ITSM Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of patch management processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of patch management processes and tools; in alignment with existing ITSM processes and leveraging existing tools, and continue work previously completed in patch management.

• Identify any outstanding tools and resources required to implement patch management process.

• Assist security resources to assess the vulnerabilities of servers and devices.

• Support Information Security initiatives to have device owners plan and coordinate software patch activities.

• Support all server owners in understanding that patch deployments follow the change management procedures.

• Provide regular patching status reporting via established tool sets to Information Security, Senior Leadership, and server owners to inform decisions around patching activities

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently to execute all tasks required with minimum oversight

• Experience and certification in server management, IT Service Management required

• Experience in managing process implementation and enterprise patch management preferred in a large complex environment

• Experience in BC health care is considered an asset
