We are looking for an ambitious Inventory and Purchasing Manager. We envision someone with years of experience who knows how to manage challenges and has an analytical perspective to implement proper procedures and processes while properly forecasting demands. We need someone to manage the team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicates with suppliers to resolve problems that may arise regarding delivery, quality, price, or conditions of sale.
- Developing purchasing Strategies
- Maintains knowledge of trends, prices, buyers, and delivery conditions to anticipate future material availability; directs purchasing programs accordingly.
- Seamlessly work with suppliers to ensure appropriate supply in a required timeline.
- Sets authorization limits for purchasing staff.
- Analyze forecasts and project demands
- Develops and maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials used.
- Develops and implement policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory control to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of company strategies
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
