Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Full-cycle accounting - Payables, Receivables, Billing, Payroll, journal entries, etc.
Accounts reconciliations including Bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
Daily monitoring of funds
HST, WSIB, T4 e-filing; Payroll taxes remittance
Some office administrative functions and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Accounting graduate; Strong accounting experience (5 to 10 years)
Knowledge and experience of MS Outlook, MS Excel (Intermediate to advance), MS Word, Internet
Knowledge and experience of an accounting program – Quickbooks would be an advantage
Good communication skills; team player; detail oriented; able to learn quickly; organized
