Job Description

Based in Ville St-Laurent, Québec, the intern buyer will report to the director of the Supply and Logistics Management Department. The intern buyer will work jointly with the team members and in direct contact with the Production and Engineering departments to meet deadlines.


Your Responsibilities


  • Place equipment orders and follow up with suppliers.
  • Track complaints and non-compliances.
  • See to the replacement of defective products.
  • Maintain business relationships with the suppliers.
  • Produce the necessary reports for the evaluation of suppliers.
  • Reconcile disputed invoices based on purchase orders.
  • Any other related tasks associated with these responsibilities.


Your background


  • Bilingualism (French and English) essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers (MS Office Suite).
  • DCS in administration or bachelor in administration in progress.
  • Knowledge of procurement an asset.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discipline, and meticulousness.
