Job Description

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer to join a multinational technology company. The Software Engineer will be an integral part of the Professional Services Team and work on various projects, creating solutions that meet customer needs relating to implementation, testing, and maintenance. This resource is responsible for designing and implementing fully functioning, debugged code with required documentation that meets specification requirements.

This resource will be required to Design, develop, code, and test software systems or applications for software improvements and new products. Additionally this Software Engineer will contribute through participation in agile development of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing support of system.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of experience in JAVA
  • Working knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
  • Optionally, C# & scripting languages such as Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related curriculum.
  • Working knowledge of the following software development languages:
  • 5 years of experience in Frontend Technologies including React
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new relevant technologies.
  • 5 years of experience in JavaScript Full Stack including NodeJS
  • Understanding of DevOps code pipelines to automate the CI/CD environment.
  • Robust communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with software engineering processes, Agile framework, tools, methods, test development, algorithms, and data structures.
  • AWS Cloud Native stack, AWS Developer Certified desired.
  • 5 years of experience in TypeScript
