Job Description
  • You will pick up the phone and outreach to potential customers to generate meetings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
  • Accurately and appropriately track opportunities in ConnectWise
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs
  • You will work closely with the Customer Experience team to transition new clients and move on to the next opportunity.
  • Build a strategic, long-term, value-based relationship with our top prospects and partners
  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
  • You will collaborate with marketing to find creative ways to generate new opportunities.
  • Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
  • Answer incoming sales calls, qualify incoming leads, perform demos, provide quotes, close deals, and generate sales.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
  • Become the trusted advisor for selected accounts.
  • You will track your own performance and make sure to exceed the goals.
  • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
