Position Overview:

As the Infor M3 Financials Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding our financial business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into effective solutions within the Infor M3 Financials platform. Your expertise will ensure that our financial system aligns with industry best practices, delivers accurate and timely financial data, and meets the needs of various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and document business requirements related to financial processes and reporting. Conduct thorough analysis to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
2. System Configuration and Customization: Utilize your Infor M3 Financials expertise to configure and customize the system to meet specific business needs. Ensure that the financial modules are aligned with organizational workflows and support seamless integration with other systems.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data from Infor M3 to create insightful and accurate financial reports and dashboards. Provide management with actionable insights to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the financial system. Work with stakeholders to streamline financial workflows and implement best practices for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system changes, upgrades, and new implementations. Ensure that system modifications align with business requirements and perform as expected.
6. User Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and proficiency in using Infor M3 Financials. Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery. Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
8. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the Infor M3 Financials system adheres to relevant financial regulations and data security standards. Implement and maintain controls to protect sensitive financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.

• Relevant certifications in Infor M3 Financials or Business Analysis are advantageous.
