Raise Workforce has partnered with an industry leader in green energy - leading by innovation with our experienced & dedicated staff, we are looking for an Industrial Electrician to join their team right away.

As their new Industrial Electrician, you will be hands-on, supporting all equipment assemblies and installs including, but not limited to supporting the build of test equipment, planning wiring layouts per circuit diagrams and electrical code specification, troubleshooting in the field, and on-call assistance to clients' sites as needed.

Day To Day Vision

Hands-on Service & Support to develop, implement and service all aspects of product delivery and service, including:

• Understand how to calculate circuit load and breaker requirements.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance of products in our facility and in the field.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with GFI’s, breaker panels, motor phasing, and PLC control circuits.
• Field installs, testing, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Supporting the build of test equipment and products by installing conduits, cable trays, connectors, cables, and wires between panels & equipment.
• Test performance of electromechanical assemblies
• 24/7 service support (on call).
• Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications.
• Balance-of-plant electrical, mechanical, and controls assembly.
• Diagnose, analyze, and repair electro-mechanical, electronic, mechanical and instrumentation.
• Define the scope of work and timeline, assist in sourcing the required components.
• Reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, and electrical code specification to plan wiring layouts and provide feedback regarding improvements and controls.

Experience And Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Electrician, current 442A license
• Experience in the Hydrogen and/or natural gas industry preferred
• Able to independently following all safety procedures, whether working in a group or, on occasion, alone
• Familiar with the use of hydraulic/electric crimping tools, multi meters, insulation testers
• On-site installation, commissioning, and service in all weather conditions as this is a field support position
• Valid driver’s license and use of vehicle to attend local job sites.
• Adept in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project.
• Substantial experience with high voltage
• Experience in performing modification, repair, installation, maintenance, diagnostics, improvement and troubleshooting of various types of industrial electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, and associated electrical and electronic controls
• Willing to be available on call for service support
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing for 8 or more hours, heavy lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs. at one time, and other work as related to installation of industrial units.
