Hydrogen Business Manager Jobs

Reporting to the Business Director of Air Products Canada, the Hydrogen Business Manager will lead a team accountable for optimizing hydrogen asset utilization, effectively leading customer accounts, and finding opportunities for growth through engagement in long-term customer and prospect relationships. Primary performance objectives are to effectively manage the P&L to achieve annual EBITDA targets, protect the base business (contract renewals), deliver revenue growth, and manage customer supply relationships. The ability to develop effective working relationships with key internal and external partners (including operations, EH&S, engineering, business development, government relations) will be critical in developing and executing strategies to protect and grow the business across Canada. The successful candidate must be technically sound with the ability to balance day-to-day commercial oversight while supporting longer-term growth/strategic planning initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership position and provides an outstanding platform for personal and professional growth.
