Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Provide administrative support to HR executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Assist in managing and maintaining HR records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and conducting HR orientations.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications:
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a customer service mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and performance management platforms.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in HR documentation and processes.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
