The individual coming into the role needs to have diverse set of implementation experiences having supported multiple transformation efforts in a hands-on capacity, in the Supply Chain Operations space. This spans across multiple technology stacks, even though there is a focus on SAP. It includes the functional areas of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics. The ideal candidate individual should be able to take a corporate vision and translate that into roadmap of executable initiatives and programs that drive value for the organization, drive productivity which in turn makes a tangible impact on the P&L. They should be able to help draw up the business cases, drive the productivity projections and eventually help measure the actual value realized out of these initiatives. Aside from that, the role also involves oversight of the portfolio of initiatives spanning the area of Supply Chain Operations driven by the Business Transformation Office (BTO). This will be a Sr. Manager/Director role which will be determined based on the overall competencies/experience of candidate involved.

Key Skills Required

• Experience having implemented SAP Supply Chain Solutions in the past is a definite advantage.
• Extensive experience & proven track record with running business transformation initiatives, starting with carrying out baselining & process mapping activities to analyze as-is state of business processes, putting together business cases for transformations, defining future state, creating budget & resource plans for execution, managing timelines for programs, managing program execution & running steerco meetings through execution, and eventually measuring ROIs from transformation programs
• Sound understanding of Verification & Validation processes as applicable in the healthcare industry
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with Executive leaders in that space
• Past people management experience having managed large diverse, distributed teams across different geo-locations and has demonstrated ability to grow and develop team members professionally for bigger roles.
• Managing the roadmap & ongoing changes/updates to the roadmap of initiatives supported by the BTO in the Supply Chain space
• Strong fiscal budgeting skills and experience with handling Opex budgets and program budgets
• Strong domain knowledge & expertise in Supply Chain Management, for the functional areas listed above in job summary .
• Strong appetite for learning, always keeping an eye out for adding skills, taking up different challenges within an organization to broaden skillet and diversify perspectives

Typical Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 12 - 15 years of relevant experience. 5 years people management experience.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $125,400 - Max $225,800

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
