ABOUT THE ROLE (THE MISSION, WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS, THE THING YOU DO OVER AND OVER AGAIN)
As a Game Producer you will help to plan, run and evaluate the team’s schedule and progress. As a strong facilitator, you will own the planning for a subsection of the team to ensure all members of the team have common and clear goals, and will collaborate with all areas of the team to drive forward the project strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE (OUTCOMES VS WHAT PEOPLE WILL DO)

• Support and unblock the team in their efforts to make a great video game
• Create milestone content and realistic production schedules in coordination with team leads and management
• Lead sprint meetings with the development team to set objectives and maintain alignment
• Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, capacity and design goals
• Model and foster a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability within the team
• Ensure project scope is adhered to and delivered in accordance with expectations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful (competencies)

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Expertise in product management and planning tools
• Good knowledge of games industry practices and development cycles
• A team player who works well with others and leads by example
• A balanced individual capable of forging productive working relationships with a broad range of personality types and styles.
• Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodology
• 2+ years of experience as Producer working in a game development environment
