We are a growing tech company looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a CSM, you will be responsible for helping our customers succeed and grow by providing them with exceptional support and guidance. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers, set expectations, and ensure a smooth transition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely and proactive support
- Continuously improve the customer success process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion and work with the sales team to execute on those opportunities
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools (e.g. NPS, CSAT, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in SaaS, software, or technology industries is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
