• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?
As a Full-Time Front Desk New Patient Associate at Althoff Wellness Clinic, you will work a schedule of 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, from 8:15 am to 6:15 pm, with a lunch break. Your responsibilities will include creating a new patient qualifying experience, helping patients overcome obstacles in scheduling, answering inquiries, sending new patient paperwork, ensuring the completion of new patient intake, and providing a warm welcome and smooth checkout process. Additionally, you will assist with running our internal marketing funnels on social media and workshops.
