Front Counter Sales Representative
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Front Counter Sales Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our business customers, responding to inquiries over the phone and via email, is sales driven in a B2B environment. You will provide service quotes, process sales transactions, be a product and services expert and more! You will apply strong communication skills that make customers feel welcome at our industrial location.
Your positive mindset, sales & organizational skills, willingness to be cross-trained and customer first approach, will make you stand out and be successful in this role.
Working Hours:

• Full Time, 8 am to 5 pm (Monday - Friday)

What kind of person are we looking for?

• You have exceptional customer service skills.
• You have a demonstrated understanding of customer service, Aptitude for learning product knowledge.
• You’re interested in the industrial niche market within Kal Tire and like working within a high energy, fast-paced team environment.
• You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb tires around as needed.
• You have 2 years’ experience in a customer service, counter or inside sales role. (preferred)
• You’re always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
