Food And Beverage Prep Cook

Overview:

$17.10 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.

You’ll also…

• Ensure all menu items are prepared as per “Picture Perfect” system.
• Cook food items according to instructions.
• Prepare large quantities of food (i.e., chopping/grating).
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
• Receive/store/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications.

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen environment.
• Culinary knowledge in following metric and imperial recipes.

• Sound knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
