We currently have an opportunity for a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service based in our Food and Beverage department. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in running all aspects of a busy Food and Beverage outlet.
Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Accountability for personal and team compliance with internal policies and procedures, food safety and WHS protocols
• Management and development of team members, ensuring a positive and motivating team environment;
• Maximising profitability such as through upselling, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service;
• Ensuring operational efficiency of the outlet during scheduled shifts;
• Responding to guest feedback/concerns in a prompt and professional manner;
• A commitment to ensuring guests receive a level of service which aligns to the Stamford Way;

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and attributes:

• Experience in using a POS system, Micros is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong leadership skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry;
• Good computer literacy skills;
• The availability to work various shifts over a 7 day roster;
• A high level of personal presentation and grooming;
• Hold a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
