Who are we?
Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. At the beginning, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted a clientele looking for a comfortable, efficient, and safe flying experience.
After a decade of operations, Chrono Aviation has grown its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs over 280 employees. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec that offers aircraft capable of accommodating 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and reinforce its position as a leader in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.
Role and context
This can be a stepping stone position for anyone aspiring to become a pilot at Chrono Aviation. Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator and the Director, Operations Control Centre, the Flight Follower is responsible for collecting accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of flights in progress and for implementing contingency plans in the event of operational irregularities.
Key Responsibilities

• Organise the provisioning of aircraft in flight and on standby, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Prepare US and Canadian customs documentation
• Ensuring close, accurate and up-to-date monitoring of current flights
• Coordinate with commanders and the operations management team for flight cancellations or contingency plans for unexpected events

• Be meticulous, meticulous and attentive to detail while being quick to execute
• Very good organisational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Specific Job Requirements

• Flexibility for shifts (day, evening, night)
• DEP in flight control (asset)
• Bilingual
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Autonomous, resourceful and curious
• Good knowledge of the North and uncontrolled airspace (asset)
• Ability to cope with stress and a fast-paced environment
• Computer and technology skills
