Reporting to the Sous-Chef, the First Cook performs kitchen preparation, cooks dishes, assembles plates, and maintains cleanliness in the work areas.

:

• Perform any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchen
• Cook and season dishes according to the standards established by the Chef
• Prepare the necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes
• Maintain work areas and equipment
• Set up work stations for different services
• Assemble plates according to standards

Education:

• College Diploma (DEC) - Asset
