Employer is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly growing IT Modernization division. As a recognized subject matter expert in all aspects relating to ITIL SAM, you will ensure that the implemented process is followed to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of data. You will lead software asset/installation remediations and/or troubleshooting and champion SAM lifecycle process and procedures to support SAM compliance. Join our team and build customer relationships while delivering above client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Software Audits/True-ups planned and unplanned in the Audit Schedule to ensure accuracy
• Provide SAM experience leadership, including training, mentoring, and staff augmentation
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies related to SACM and SAM
• Assist in conducting Quality Assurance over SAM process and policies
• Register new Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs) and maintain proper relationships as defined in the agreed SAM-Pro Models

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Contract Analysis (major vendors (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe)
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro
• 5+ years of experience working with business processes supported by technology
• 1+ years of experience evaluating the accuracy of SAM Pro calculations in a decision tree-branched license metric
• 1+ years of experience reporting in SAM Pro and with dashboards in SAM Pro

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow: Software Asset Management Fundamentals
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• SAM-Professional module: Certified Implementer
• ITIL certified (Foundation v3 or v4)

Additional Information

• US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
• MUST RESIDE IN the United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
