Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Customers: Be the face of our company and build positive relationships with customers by effectively communicating the value of our products/services. Utilize your expert knowledge to answer questions, address concerns, and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
2. Face-to-Face Events: Represent our company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to showcase our offerings. Set up and manage engaging displays, distribute marketing materials, and actively engage with event attendees to generate leads and create brand awareness.
3. Data Input and Analysis: Accurately record customer interactions, sales leads, and relevant data using our CRM system. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, track marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide valuable insights for future marketing strategies.
4. Tablet Handling: Utilize tablets or other mobile devices to access marketing materials, product information, and CRM systems while interacting with customers. Ensure tablets are properly maintained and updated with the latest content.
5. Collaborative Support: Work closely with the marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing strategies and objectives. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing materials, campaigns, and overall customer experience.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site / Entry-Level
• Salary: $33,500- 44,000 (Basic wage plus bonuses and incentives)
• Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada. While no specific work experience or educational qualifications are necessary, relevant experience and education will be considered.
• Office Location: Nova Scotia, CA
