Family Physician - Keswick

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Family Physician to join our client's group of 8 clinics and pharmacies located throughout Ontario, Canada. As a Physician-owned group, they strive to support their practitioners by offering marketing support to help build a patient base, full clinic management, and billing support.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent medical care to patients of all ages
• Keep accurate and timely patient records using our EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Work closely with allied health professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Licensed to practice medicine in Ontario
• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution

Compensation

• Overhead fees: 0% in month 1, 10% in month 2, 15% in month 3, and 23% thereafter (77%/23%)
• $10,000 relocation allowance
• 77%/23% over 30 patients per day
• Minimum guarantee of $20,000 per month with expected earnings of $400k-$500k
• Fee split: 75% / 25% with incentives based on volume
