Lifepoint Rehabilitation is a leading provider of acute inpatient rehabilitation services with more than 300 hospital-based rehabilitation units, medical/surgical and outpatient therapy settings and more than 30 joint venture inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across the country. SUMMARY STATEMENT: The incumbent shall be responsible for the operation of a grouping of contract therapy locations. The incumbent plans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the area to ensure that company and client goals are met. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to companywide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environment. The incumbent shall be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Lifepoint CORE values.

QUALIFICATIONS: The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a graduate of a bachelor degree program in a health related, business, public relations or human services area of concentration. If clinical, must possess a current license to practice as required by the state. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirements. A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary; multi-site supervision experience is desirable. Provision of own transportation is necessary. Computer and current technology competence.
