In this role, you will assist in executing event ticket service delivery in venues managed by our client. • Location: Edmonton, AB
• Pay rate : $20/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor designated areas during events to ensure guest safety and compliance with venue policies.
• Provide accurate directions and assistance to guests
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guests' needs, answering questions, and providing directions.
• Operate ticketing systems, assist customers with purchasing decisions, and process payments and refunds accurately.
• Control guest movement and limit access to specific areas based on valid tickets.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest/customer service is required
• Must possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and diplomacy with the public.
• Must be able to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Experience in ticketing programs is a plus
