Our client is seeking an experienced Law Clerk for an amazing opportunity. This position comes with a great working environment and flexibility.


Responsibilities


  • Preparation of documents.
  • Drafting legal correspondence.
  • Experience with Estate law.
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Drafting orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of fiduciary accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Law Clerk.
  • Ability to follow-up on files and delays with minimal supervision.
  • Estate law experience.
  • Strong time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet important deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior word processing, spelling, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Capacity to perform duties with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
