**Job Summary:**

- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication to prevent breakdowns and ensure peak performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment with skill and precision.
- Record all repairs and maintenance work accurately in the maintenance log.
- Collaborate with the equipment management team to order necessary parts and ensure inventory levels are adequate.

- Provide guidance and support to fellow team members regarding equipment maintenance and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an equipment mechanic with a focus on construction, agricultural, or residential turf equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of heavy machinery systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
