Canada Fuels Operations (CFO) SSHE student:

Executes compliance programs and supports field operations staff with any regulatory or environmental work related items. Activities include: responding to regulatory/environmental questions or issues, interfacing with government authorities, leading compliance assessments, maintaining associated performance tools, and implementing improvement initiatives. The scope of this role is national and encompasses all Imperial Midstream assets across Canada. Assets include truck and rail terminals, marine dock loading facilities, and oil and gas pipelines.

Support the Midstream field engineering team, including providing technical support / troubleshooting for Canada Fuels Operations terminals, supporting engineers on active Canada Fuels Operations projects, developing risk mitigation solutions, optimizing maintenance planning activities, purchasing of equipment and materials, mapping key work processes. Will interface with financial systems (SAP), document management technology (Share Point)and tracking of key project performance and stewardship metrics. The scope of this role is national and encompasses all Imperial Midstream assets across Canada. Assets include truck and rail terminals, marine dock loading facilities, and oil and gas pipelines. This position is located in Calgary but has field trips to sites.

Qualification

Academic:

BSc Engineering discipline: BSc Engineering discipline: Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical

Other:

Midstream CFO Calgary Engineering Maintenance & Projects student:

Previous Industry Experience Is Considered Beneficial, But Not Essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required for all roles

Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-based environment
