• Maintain the executive's schedule, including day to day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities
• Utilize analytical skills and demonstrate a broad understanding of the business to effectively interpret and anticipate needs
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Take initiative to complete tasks and drive projects
• Coordinate information, providing support through data analysis, and contributing to overall strategy and performance evaluation
• Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and problems
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and information for the executive to facilitate effective decisions

• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Proficient in the entire MS Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
