Entry Level / Data Entry Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Monitor and track data entry progress and provide regular reports to management
• Develop and implement data entry policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot data entry issues and work with team members to resolve them
• Review and verify all data entered by the team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and procedures
• Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
• Oversee a team of data entry specialists and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of experience in data entry or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with data management software and systems preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
