Job Description

Kompass Professional Development, an online training division of Herzing College, is looking for an e-learning consultant to audit and evaluate our current LMS, academic processes and procedures.


Type: Contract, hours will vary (5-10 hours/week).

Contract will continue on an ongoing basis as required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate LMS features and functionality and make recommendations
  • Recommend LMS tools and integrations for effective learning delivery and measurement of learning outcomes
  • Research latest professional training concepts and provide recommendations
  • Evaluate academic materials, grading rubrics, student manuals and make recommendations
  • Develop orientation packages for program personnel


Qualifications

  • Recent and continued professional development in learning technology and innovation.
  • Experience with Moodle an asset
  • Proficient in MS 365 and TEAMS
  • Experience with higher education administration and academics
  • Minimum four years’ relevant experience working with learning technology and LMS
  • Post-secondary education in Adult Education, User Experience (UX) Design, Learning Technology, or equivalent experience.
